  • How the supplier specifically meets the unique requirements of HMOs.
  • The processes through which the supplier receives feedback from HMO managers and/or housemates about services provided.
  • How the supplier improves the quality of service in response to feedback from HMO managers and/or housemates.
  • What makes the supplier exceptional in terms of customer experience.

Be specific in the way in which your service helps, how does it save time or save money or improve standards or customer experience etc?
  • How does customer experience differ with your service compared to other providers. Provide evidence in support of your answer, such as customer review statistics, specific reviews, case study examples, awards or certifications achieved etc.
  • What processes do you have in place that allow you to receive regular feedback from customers about customer satisfaction?
  • What changes have you made as a result of feedback from customers in the last 12 months? How has this impacted customer experience?
